Letting your holiday home
Ensuring the most bookings for the highest turnover. As needed, we will advise on and manage:
Cleaning and changeovers arranged. Linen organised.
Bookings and booking systems, taking reservations and setting the price.
Arranging photos, creating listings and websites.
Key holding and meeting and greeting of guests.
Regular servicing e.g. gardening, rubbish collection, recycling, parcel delivery.
Maintenance, repairs etc.
Special services such as providing welcome packs, bespoke food boxes and organising dinner reservations and days out.
Liaising with the letting company (if not managed by ourselves ).
